Louise Sharland

Originally from Montreal, Louise Sharland moved to the UK after falling in love with a British sailor. Always an avid reader, she began writing short fiction when her children were little, graduating to crime novels and psychological thrillers. Her work has appeared in magazines, online and in anthologies. In 2016 she won The Big Issue Crime Writing Competition and two novels The Lake, and My Husband’s Secrets were subsequently published. Louise is hugely excited to be working with the fabulous team at Bloodhounds Books.
