Alison Irving

Alison was born in Northern Ireland and studied physiotherapy at the University of Ulster, where she met her husband in first term of first year. The next fifteen years were spent in England, then Scotland following his job. Eventually they moved home to a small village outside Belfast, where they live with their two children. She still works as a physio in a local hospice and loves to explore the fantastic coastline, make jewellery that she sells worldwide, and put the world to rights with her book club. Sometimes they even read books.
