Paul Forrester-O’Neil
Paul is married with three wonderful, grown-up children and currently lives in North Staffordshire. He’s been writing in some form or another for forty years; novels, plays performed at a local Repertory theatre, radio plays, working in the early years as a bingo caller, meals-on-wheels driver, quiz setter, driver for Social Services and with the homeless and disadvantaged children, in order to keep up the writing. He now works as a Specialist Skills Tutor at Keele and Staffordshire Universities.
He studied on the MA in Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2012-2015 during which time his first published novel, ‘Mission’, was written and went on to win the Michael Schmidt Prize for the best novel of the academic year. Outside of writing he enjoys film, music, travel, socialising with friends, watching football and cricket and generally trying to navigate the highways and byways of life as best he can. He is currently working on my next novel.
