Guillaume was born in France, in an industrial city close to Paris. His father was an anthropologist, specialising on the populations living in the Himalayas. This gave him the taste of travel, adventure, and discovery from an early age.
Guillaume initially studied Law and then Business in Paris and at Harvard Business School. In 2001, he accepted an exciting opportunity to live and work in Shanghai. This experience allowed him to discover China and its fascinating history and culture.
He then moved to Indonesia, where he met his wife, whilst he has also resided in the USA, Singapore and Bahrain. This love of travel and adventure has been matched by a lifelong love of books and he has published two books in French, based on what he discovered on his travels and throughout his life overseas.
